At Ulceby Pre-School we have a teddy bear called Cupcake.
Children are encourage to take Cupcake home with them so they can join in with the family fun, there is a book where you can record activities you have done, add pictures or write us a story.
This is a good communication aid to support home learning and the setting as a talking point. Once Cupcake is returned practitioners will share Cupcakes story with the other children.
