2, 3 & 4 Year Old Funding 

Ulceby Pre-School is registered as a provider for 2 year old funded children . 2 year old funding is subject to certain criteria and if eligible, it is available for 15 hours per week as for the 3/4 year old funding as explained below. There is an online eligibility checker at www.beststartinlife.gov.uk or please ask if you are unsure what to do.

Government funded subsidy is available for each child from the term after they turn 3 years old ( from the age of 2 if eligible for 2 year old funding)

Universal 15 hour funding 

2. 3 and 4 year old universal government funded subsidy covers up to 15 hours per week for 38 week of the academic year (universal entitlement max 570 hours per birth year)

Extended 30 hour offer for 3 and 4 year olds

Qualifying families may be eligible for an additional government funded subsidy of 15 hours per week or 38 weeks of the academic year (extended entitlement, making up to 1140 hours per birth year).

Please note you are charged for the hours your child attends the setting, if you bring your child early or collect your child late you will be charged an additional fee. 

We are aware at times you may need to change your child’s hours to suit other commitments, if this is the case please speak to a member of staff who will check ratio’s for the day.

Additional Information
Parents are welcome to send their child with a packed lunch. If needed, Ulceby St Nicholas School can also provide a cooked lunch at a cost of £2.75 per day. This service is completely optional, and you can opt in or cancel at any time.
